Event Location:  Leader Club, Engelsa 154, St.Petersburg, Russia

     Note:  Leader club is biggest in Europe billiard hall (10.000 m2) with 40 9' pool tables (Olimpic
     Dynamic) and 40 12' Pyramid tables (FORA-billiards), also in club 30 lanes of bowling,
     2 cinemas, Q-zar, bars and restaurants.

Entry Fee:   $200US, plus IAPA (International Artistic Poolplayers Association) member fee*     

 *    IAPA member fee of $25US is an “optional” fee.   Those that pay it will 
      automatically become eligible to receive “end of the year” points funding for
1) Position of finish, 2)   Discipline wins, and 3)   Completion of program

Note:  All players must abide by code of conduct and dress requirements (explained in
           2004 Program or go to www.artisticpool.org for this information)

Prize Fund:   $3000US added by organizer (Paul Timets) and $1000US added by “Dr. Cue”  
                      Promotions, plus 100% of all entry fees.   “Dr. Cue” Promotions guarantees all
                      places will receive monetary payback with a minimum of $100US  for last place.  
                      1st place is guaranteed a minimum of $1200US.    Any additional sponsor money will be added to prize fund in a fair percentage payback.
                               
Bonus Funding:  “End of year” points money by Dr. Cue Promotions (Explained at event)

Titles:  2004 European “Artistic Pool” Champion (Overall), plus 8 - 2004 European Artistic  Discipline Champions

Awards:  Medals for top finishers furnished by EPBF, 8 Discipline Awards, and 1 Sportsmanship
               Award furnished by Dr. Cue Promotions, and Trophy/Cup for 1st place overall Artistic Pool Champion  
       
Program:  40 Shots/Challenges (8 disciplines with 5 in each) – 333 possible points
               
Program Being Used:  2004 Updated Edition (Hardcopy version) – Pro Skill Level

Airport:  Pulkovo – St. Petersburg, Russia

Lodging:  3 – 4 Star Hotel “MOSCOW”, located at the center of St. Petersburg and about 20
               minutes from the club.  Single or Double rooms (will be reserved) and will cost from
               69 EURO to 169 EURO

    Note:  Paul will organize a transfer from Airport to Hotel

                        promotional extras that you may provide him o­n your show abilities, costs, and
                        recommendations, plus any VIP status attained. 
 
This event is open to all federation players in good standing.   All are welcome to enter this special event.   Please contact Tom Rossman at above contact email address if you have any questions o­n entry eligibility.   A follow-up review with Mr. Gre Leenders, President of the EPBF, will be done to determine entry status.  May each of you that enter play well.
