Miller dropped a ball o­n the break and banked o­ne in.  Runnels chose to duck, and Miller had a quick three-ball run, including a super-thin long-rail bank o­n the 4, paused, and then banked the 8 ball straight back to win the match 3-1.

Tomorrow will crown the 9-ball banks champion, while the o­ne-pocket event kicked off today, with over 350 players.  Cliff Joyner, Scott Frost, defending champion Efren Reyes, and Jose Parica are o­nly a few of the topnotch entrants making their bid.
