The 2002 Junior Nationals were held at Northern Illinois University, and the 2003 event was held at the University of Michigan. The 2004 event will be held in late July or early August. The Request for Proposals is available to download from the BCA website or from the BCA National Office (719.264.8300). Proposals are due in the BCA office by Wednesday, October 15, 2003. The host site will be announced no later than December 1, 2003.

The Billiard Education Foundation (BEF), the charitable organization affiliated with the BCA, is offering scholarships to high school seniors based o­n academic performance and an essay. Applications will be available o­n October 1, 2003, and scholarships will be awarded in spring 2004. Funding for the scholarships is provided by the BCA, BEF fundraising events and sponsors such as Dr. Cue Promotions.
