New Store Concept Entices Customers To Feel The Experience

Bristol, Wis. (August 2004) - More than 40 million Americans enjoy playing pool.  As a growing number of individuals are engaging in the sport, many are finding that a billiards table is transitioning from a recreation table to an integral part of family life - a component of human interactivity, which can fit with the décor of any home.

To enhance the buying experience for customers, Brunswick Billiards has developed a unique design concept called the Brunswick Pavilion for its dealers to help them immerse customers into the excitement of selecting and buying a pool table. 

To date, 18 Brunswick Billiards dealers have implemented the Brunswick Pavilion into their store designs to accommodate the pavilion’s “store-within-a-store” concept.

Entering the Brunswick Pavilion is a unique experience.  As customers walk through the Promenade, the classic architecture, materials and historic banners establish Brunswick’s 159 years of heritage.  Interactive kiosks enable customers to enjoy a comprehensive shopping experience.  The photographic scrims display Brunswick pool tables in a lifestyle setting, helping customers envision how the table will enhance their enjoyment and home décor.  Toward the back of the pavilion, customers can enjoy displays showcasing the variety of table styles, legs, cloths and finish options in order to configure the perfect billiard table for their needs.
