Corr and Robles Take Top Honors at the BCA Open 9-Ball Champions by InsidePOOL Magazine

KarenCorr522.jpgThe match between Robles and Sambajon was skewed from the start.  Robles took a 4-0 lead after several key errors by Sambajon.  A scratch by Robles put Sambajon on the board 4-1, and then the players traded run-outs to bring the score to 5-2.  Robles played an excellent cut-bank to get on the hill 6-2, and the last rack saw the players trade innings several times.  He got out of line on the 8 and missed, but surprisingly Sambajon missed the 8 and scratched.  After Robles pocketed the 8 and got perfect position on the 9, Sambajon threw his towel onto the table, signifying his concession of the 7-2 final score.
