Diamond Billiards Products, Inc. is happy to announce the commitment to make the live o­nline viewing experience of the Derby City Classic so affordable, it’s hard to pass up. A viewing pass covering the entire 9-day event, beginning Friday, January 16 at 3 PM with the $30,000 winner take all Ring Game, will cost o­nly $9.95.

The event pass provides each viewer with unlimited viewing access to all event video coverage through Billiard Club network o­nline at the BCN website. Viewers will get live action from the event’s three separate tournaments of o­ne Pocket, Bank Pool and 9-Ball. A minimum of 20 feature matches will be available throughout the event, including interviews, conversations with the players, fans and booth operators, instructional segments, event reports and behind the scene features to enhance the entertainment value of the event.

"We want billiard fans worldwide to experience this event for everything it has to offer," said Greg Sullivan, president Diamond Billiards. "For o­nly $9.95, pool fans worldwide can watch 20 feature matches plus other event action from the comfort of their own home or office. That's o­nly $.50 per match. How can you beat that?"

Billiard Club Network, in association with Accu-Stats Video Production will provide the video feed. "The o­nly reason we’re charging at all is to offset the administrative fees and bandwidth charges associated with the broadcast," said Rob Sykora, president BCn. "Greg wanted the broadcast to be free, but unfortunately, until other industry sponsors step forward and we established a regular viewing base, this is the best we can do. Besides, if $9.95 is too much for a front row seat at o­ne of the sports most unique tournament events, then we might as well shut the doors and move o­n to a more progressive industry."

The entire event will be broadcast through the BCN website. All viewers are required to register with a valid email address to receive the personal password necessary for o­nline viewing. Pre-registration is highly recommended to check system requirements and navigate through the customized video player.
