Coming up dry o­n the last break, Reyes sat back and watched Van den Berg run out to the 4-8 combo.  Van den Berg played a safe but made a tough 7 ball up the rail instead.  He tried for a safe again, and Reyes fouled.  o­n his way to catching up with Reyes, Van den Berg overcut a simple 9 ball in the corner pocket, handing the victory to Reyes 7-4.

The Reyes/Van den Berg match was the final o­ne of the evening before the semifinals commence tomorrow afternoon.  At 4 p.m., John Horsfall will play Earl Strickland, and at 5 p.m. Francisco Bustamante will play Efren Reyes.  The final will be at 7 p.m. between the two winners.
