Final Four Left in Winners' Bracket by InsidePOOL Magazine

But today, Jones finds himself up against Thorsten Hohmann, after they both suffered tough defeats yesterday.  Jones fell to Shawn Putnam 11-6, while Hohmann bowed out to Feijen.

Putnam will face Santos Sambajon Jr. later tonight after advancing over Jones and Mike Davis, respectively.  Davis is currently playing Max Eberle in the one-loss bracket, with the winner going up against the Jones/Hohmann winner.

In the other west side match, Charlie Williams and Basavich are trading games back and forth, with the winner facing Deuel later tonight.

Earlier today, one player forfeited because of injury.  Rodney Morris, who labored through his Tuesday night match, was unable to go against Deuel today because of a broken and swollen finger that was giving him just as much pain as problems shooting.

Tonight, Robles and Archer will face off, as will Putnam and Sambajon, with the two winners playing in tomorrow’s hot seat match.  But tonight could be a long night, as the field will go down to its final four players, who will go at it Thursday to determine the winner of the first major billiards event to go through Pittsburgh in years.
