FORMATION OF BILLIARD CUESPORTS ALLIANCE ANNOUNCED As a direct result of the stated plan by the Billiard Congress of America(BCA) to no longer sanction league play or related championships, CecilMesser of Portage, Indiana, announced today the formation of the"Billiard Cuesports Alliance." The purpose of the new organization as of June 1, 2004, will be to carryon the vital and positive role of the BCA in promoting and managingorganized open competition for its player members. The initial Board ofDirectors is to be comprised of the following individuals representingorganizations and player membership of over 60,000 cue enthusiasts: President Cecil Messer [Portage, Indiana] (representing referees)Vice President W.C.
