Pechauer Going Strong in Capitola Rolling into Capitola, CA, on July 31-August 1, 2004, the J. Pechauer West Coast tour attracted a field of 49 players to Fast Eddie's, with the field narrowed to the final four late in the afternoon. The match to determine fourth place was still being played out between Bobby Hunter and Tony Chohan at the time of this update. Billy Palmer, who was defeated 9-7 tour regular Stan Tourangeau in the hot seat match, waited for the winner to see who he would face off against in the semifinals. The final match is expected to begin between 6-6:30 p.m. pacific time.
