Pickle Claims JOB Billiards Viking 9-Ball Event by InsidePOOL Magazine

Tournament director and BCA-certified referee, Gary Jones ran a tight ship this weekend.  In the hot seat match, Pickle and Reese faced off for the first time that evening, with Pickle coming out the winner by the score of 7-2.  Reese met Rusty Jackson in the semifinals, defeating him in a double-hill match and relegating him to third place.

The rematch between Reese and Pickle looked like it was going to go to Reese after the first set, which he won 7-2.  In the second set, Reese had Pickle at a 4-2 deficit when Pickle won the next four games in a row to make the score 6-4.  He allowed Reese one more game before he finished the job and won 7-5.  Pickle has only played twice in the Viking Cue 9-Ball Tour, but he has taken first place both times.
