Williams, known in the pool world as the Korean Dragon, started his playing career at the age of 13 in a poolroom in Newport News, Va., where he spent his time there practicing o­n Brunswick tables.  At the age of 14, Williams won his first title at the BCA Junior Nationals and recalled o­ne of his favorite memories at the competition as having his picture taken with his largest inspiration, a legendary pool player and fellow Brunswick Player Representative, Mike Sigel.

“I grew up learning to play o­n Brunswick tables, in fact my first regional, major BCA Open and international titles were all won o­n Brunswick tables,“ said Williams.  “My first hero was Mike Sigel who was sponsored by Brunswick at the time, and now I’m following in his footsteps.  It’s definitely a dream come true.
