Feijen's match with Williams was hard fought as well, with Williams coming off a big win last week at The Big Apple event at Master Billiards in Queens, NY.  Ironically, it was Reyes who Williams beat in the finals of that event.  Although Williams played well the entire week at the Riviera, Feijen was too strong and too consistent for him.  Williams made several key errors in the match, exhibiting frustration, and Feijen was able to win by the score of 10-5.

The match for third place, between Feijen and Archer, was all Feijen again as he took a 3-0 lead from the start.  He maintained the lead throughout the match and was very deliberate in his play.  Archer still showed problems with his break, which gave Feijen a big advantage.  Though Archer fought hard, Feijen was in the zone, eclipsing "The Scorpion" by the score of 10-4.

After an entertaining trick shot exhibit by Mike Massey, the final match commenced.  This was a single race to 10, and it was not double elimination.  Reyes held the lead from the get-go, and although the score was tied more than o­nce, Feijen was never able to overtake the Filipino magician.  Both players showed masterful shot-making ability and excellent safeties; as a final match, it left the audience nothing more to be desired.  Down 6-3, Feijen tied the match at 6-all when he tried for a crossbank o­n the 8 ball and missed, allowing Reyes to run out to make it 7-6.  From there it was all Reyes, and although Feijen broke and ran o­ne more rack, "The Magician" ultimately proved to have too much magic and won the final match 10-7.
