Worldpoolchampionship.com is Launched

Matchroom Sport are delighted to announce the launch of www.worldpoolchampionship.com, the official o­nline home of the 2004 World Pool Championship, which takes place at the World Trade Center, Taipei City, Taiwan from July 10-18, 2004.

The site will be a comprehensive guide to the world's biggest pool tournament and the FIRST port of call for all information, results, breaking news, TV schedules, and players' Q & A’s.

In addition, there will be regular competitions with some great prizes, as well as guest columnists from around the world giving their unique viewpoints o­n the world's premier pool tournament.

Over the next few weeks, we will also be announcing the player nominations o­n the site as the lists come in from around the world.

With just under two months to go until the start, Matchroom Sport will be updating the site o­n a daily basis giving you the inside track o­n Taipei 2004.
