 Change Final Rates: Update 2.1.83
Billiard Business Solutions now has the ability to change the final rate. Manager's have often asked us: "Can I change the rate when the customer comes to pay? Sometimes I want to give that person a discount, but I forgot to include it at the start?"
Previously we had to answer no. But now the software provides that option. In the online help file, accessible by pressing F1, you can read the explanation on how to apply a different rate code or even put in a manual entry for the final amount.
This should provide a valuable option to owners. Also, security measures have been provided. The owner can view the rate change transactions from the manager's menu. This provides accountablility. The owner can track the times and codes of each rate change transaction. |
