Usually that means the database needs to be repaired, as the message says. Please, shut down the Billiard Business Solutions program and start the database maintenace tool as prompted.
You may find this tool in the
Start > Programs > Billiard Business Solutions section. Start the program. Click on the button that prompts you to prepare all the files in the folder.
Restart Billiard Business Solutions and the problem should be corrected. Please run the Database Maintenance tool every time as prompted. If the program is not shut down properly, the database files are not closed out correctly and they should be repaired.
