The forums here are used for technical support and the sharing of knowledge.

We have made a huge change. The forums and the download section now use separate accounts. You must create a separate account from the downloads to use this forum! This doesn't mean that you can't create an account with the same information so that it's easy to remember. If you have already created your account, it should be active in both the downloads and the forums.

For example if you create an account with the main section of the web site to download the software with the username joe and the password 1234, you could do the same here for your forums account. You wouldn't be prevented by either system. This is the reccomended approach.

In short, users should register for both the forum and the downloads section to receive the full benefits of this web site.

To use the live support chat, you will need to have an account with the forum.
