I just wanted to ask how I should add sales to a table. Do I need to have Sales Tracker installed?

When you have Sale stracker installed and running, the "Sales" button will be available. Simply use it to open Sales Tracker POS software. When you're in Sales Tracker, you choose your items, and select the "add to table" button to choose which table to add the sales to.
