Default How do I get into the Manager's Menu the first time?

Another thing that i'm having an issue with is how to open the manager's menu the first time so that I can set my password. How do I do this?

Kristi,
The default password is set to an empty input. Just simply hit the ok button and you should open your manager's menu.

Cool How do i clear this&make the program work again;(

Hi I am have troble when i enter the program. First it says program did not shutdown properly please run database maintenance utilty. Then a box pops up that reads run-time error'91' object variable or with block not set. Then once again another box says 91 object variable or with block variable not set please call tech support 734-543-3700ext231. problem is that it happened a hour ago on a friday night so when i call the number it takes me to a answering machine. Hope u will be able to help me were doing it by paper till then thanks for reading.

Default Fixing Error code 91: Object Variable not set

Usually that means the database needs to be repaired, as the message says. Please, shut down the Billiard Business Solutions program and start the database maintenace tool as prompted.

You may find this tool in the Start > Programs > Billiard Business Solutions section. Start the program. Click on the button that prompts you to prepare all the files in the folder.

Restart Billiard Business Solutions and the problem should be corrected. Please run the Database Maintenance tool every time as prompted. If the program is not shut down properly, the database files are not closed out correctly and they should be repaired.
