Default My program will not open

"I see a message that says, 'Error 91: Object variable not set.' What does this mean?"

It can mean a variety of problems ranging from the program losing the proper startup location or a corruption of a file on your hard drive.

Your first step should be to close down the program and make sure it is not running by using the task manager (ctl - alt - delete). Run the database maintenance tool found in the Billiard Business Solutions section of your programs (Start > Programs > Billiard Business Solutions > Database Maintenance) and click on the repair all command button found in the lower left hand corner of the program.

Usually, that fixes the problem. All database files, regardless of their format, need maintenance from time to time and Billiard Business Solutions provides you with the tools at no extra cost to perform this task. If this should not happen to fix your problem, give us a call and we should have you up and running shortly.
