When you remove a player from a table, it calculates the correct $ amount due for that player, however the remaining players now owe more money.

Example: Lets say we charge $8 per table flat rate per hour. After 1 hour, if you remove 1 player from a table with 4 players, it charges that one player
$2 (which is correct). However the remaining 3 players now all owe $2.67 each, instead of $2 each (for that first hour).
