Park Avenue Billiards in Orange Park, FL, attracted 26 players. Deweese made his way to the finals with wins over Matt Wilson 7-6, Cal McGann 7-4, Jason Wells 7-0, and Dave Pencar 7-1. A 7-0 whitewashing of Griffin then gave him the hot seat.
